Ivory Coast:Ouattara inaugurated

Ivory Coast has sworn in a new president. He is Alassane Ouattara, the internationally-recognized winner of presidential elections last November.
His election was followed by a five-month stand-off, in which the incumbent Laurent Gbagbo refused to recognize his defeat and stand down.
There was fighting, which claimed over a thousand lives. About a million people became displaced.
