Turkey to recognize Libya’s Interim Council
.
Turkey will recognize Libya’s Transitional Interim Council as a legitimate representative of the country, Turkey’s FM Minister Ahmet Davutoglu stated in Istanbul during a session of the Libya Contact Group which is to discuss ways to resolve the conflict, taking into account Turkey’s roadmap, provide aid for Libyans and support for the Interim Council.

Libya contact group recognizes TNC
ISTANBUL, July 15 (Xinhua) — The Libya Contact Group recognizes the Transitional National Council as the sole and legitimate interlocutor of the Libyan people.
The announcement was made by the group at a press conference shortly after the conclusion of the fourth meeting of the Libya Contact Group in Istanbul.
