Libya:Gaddafi son still held by captors

According to the Associated Press, the captors of Muammar Gaddafi’s son Saif Gaddafi have refused to turn him over to the authorities. They say Libya must install an adequate judicial system first or undertake to send Saif to the International Criminal Court.
The Court’s chief prosecutor Luis Moreno Ocampo is to raise the matter during a visit to Libya next week.
Saif and two of his bodyguards were captured on Saturday as they were trying to cross into Niger.
