The daughter of slain Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi has inquired if the International Criminal Court intends to investigate the deaths of her father and brother.
Gaddafi, who ruled Libya for 42 years, died in October in the vicinity of his native city Sirte. He was killed by soldiers of the National Transitional Council. His son Mutassim was also killed. After the fall of the Libyan capital, Tripoli, Aisha, her mother and two brothers took refuge in neighboring Algeria.
In a letter to the prosecutor, Gaddafi’s daughter points to the fact that her Father and his son had been seized alive in a situation where they no longer posed any threat. (RIAN)
