Turkey and Somalia on Friday signed an agreement to set up regional development offices in Somalia.
The agreement was penned by Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu and Somali Prime Minister Abdiweli Mohamed Ali on the sidelines of the second edition of the Istanbul Conference on Somalia.
