Breivik’s sanity still at issue

The judges trying the Oslo killer Anders Breivik have continued to receive conflicting psychiatric conclusions about his sanity.
The matter is to be finally decided by July 20th.
If found insane, Breivik will spend the rest of his life in a mental institution. If found sane, he will likely be sentenced to 21 years in jail. Read more…
