The Russian President’s point man for cooperation with African nations, Mikhail Margelov, has arrived in Tripoli.

Russia supplies Libya with wheat flour

Russia has started supplying wheat flour to Libya as part of the UN relief effort for the North African country. According to the Russian Emergencies Ministry, a ship with 2,000 tons of flour has already set out from St. Petersburg and is heading for Tripoli.

Moscow calls on Tripoli to release ICC officials

Moscow demands that Tripoli should immediately release four representatives of the International Criminal Court (ICC), one of whom is Russian citizen Alexander Khodakov, the ICC secretariat’s adviser for external relations.
