Russia condemns NATO actions in Libya

Russia’s State Duma, the lower house of parliament finds the actions of NATO’s coalition forces in Libya unacceptable, the head of the State Duma’s international committee Konstantin Kosachev said Sunday.
He said that the coalition forces are killing peaceful population violating the mandate of the UN Security Council.
He said that the murder of the Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi was the main target of NATO’s air attacks.
Kosachev said he is disappointed with the fact that the leaders of Western countries have not expressed their attitude to recent actions of the coalition in Libya.
Earlier it was reported that the son and three grandchildren of Gaddafi were killed during air attacks of the coalition.
