At the moment what we see the political scene is the cooperation between the African Union and the Russian Federation, which are forming the confederation of the representation of the official Tripoli at the future negotiations on peace in Libya.
These negotiations will be conducted with the opposition supported by the West. This forum of authorities division will really make the talks more effective and will create the prospective.
The position of the African Union and Russia gives the representatives of the Libyan west and official Tripoli the possibility to negotiate better starting conditions for the peace negotiations and of course better status.
All of us wish the conflict is over as soon as possible, but it is impossible to end it without observing the interests of both parties involved in this bloody confrontation.
And it seems to me that the African Union and Russia on one side and the European Union and NATO and Benghazi on the other can bring about real peace for Libya, which will be a very important preparation period which will create a good ground for the pre-elections, hopefully.
