Thailand is struggling to cope with the worst seasonal flooding of the past 50 years, that struck northern and central provinces of the country in late July.

Four months of flooding in the country have resulted in over 380 deaths, with hundreds of industrial enterprises and more than a million hectares of rice fields inundated.

Central Bangkok is still dry. Water continues to flood the area of the Grand Royal Palace historical complex and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha.
