The International Criminal Court has refused to help Gaddafi’s daughter Aisha who wants to attend a hearing to help her brother Saif al-Islam, who is in a Libyan jail awaiting trial for charges of crimes against humanity.

On Wednesday, she asked the court to allow her to join a hearing on his case to ensure he gets a fair trial as she wanted to tell the court some important information.

In November 2011, Saif was arrested by the National Transitional Council troops when attempting to cross the Nigerian border.
