The Norwegian Supreme Court has rejected an appeal by lawyers of Anders Breivik, accused in a double bombing in Norway, of the court’s decision to conduct a new psychiatric examination of defendant.

It is assumed that the two new psychiatric experts will announce their opinion of the state of mind Breivik on April 10th.

The beginning of the trial is scheduled for April 16th.

On January 13th the district court in Oslo, appointed new staff for a re-examination of Breivik considered necessary due to the opinions of prison psychiatrists.

These doctors found no signs that Breivik suffers from a mental disorder.

77 died as a result of the double terrorist attack in Norway on July 22, 2011.

After the first interrogation, Anders Breivik confessed to committing the terrorist acts, but does not consider himself guilty.
