More than 70 people have been killed and seven are considered missing following devastating floods in the Philippines.
The floods caused by monsoon rains have paralyzed the capital Manila, populated by 15 million people.
More than 80 percent of the city is under water, with water levels reaching 1.5 meters above the ground.
Temporary shelters are overcrowded with more than 300,000 people displaced by the disaster.
A total of two million people have been affected by the floods.
