Libya War:NATO bombs cities held by Gaddafi supporters

The NATO Command said earlier this Tuesday that the Alliance would continue bombing the cities that are still under control of Muammar Gaddafi supporters.

 

In the UK, The Guardian daily points out that NATO aircraft bombed facilities in the cities of Site, Sebha and Bani Walid on Monday, destroying several antiaircraft guns, two radars and several missile storage depots.

The National Transitional Council troops have thus far failed to capture the three cities, which are believed to be the last major strongholds of Colonel Gaddafi.
