Libya’s interim leader Mustafa Abdul Jalil is in Tripoli with his first ever visit to the capital in his new capacity. His HQ is currently in Benghazi.

Travelling to Tripoli means showing the world and the nation that the ruling power in Libya is in the opposition’s hands, Reuters reports.
