Libya:ICC seeks info from Libya on Gaddafi son

International Criminal Court judges expect the Libyan authorities to supply information on whether they plan to surrender Gaddafi’s son Seif al-Islam to the ICC for trial and if they do, when and where they plan to do so.

Court officials also want to know from Libya’s new rulers “when and where” they could meet Seif “to assess his physical and mental state.”

Gaddafi’s son was arrested at the end of November.

He is charged with crimes against humanity.
